Lucky Mr. Peters
Chapter 63
“I’ve wanted you to be my real papi ever since that first time you sucked my willy. I just wish my mommy could see how happy you’ve made me,” he whispered softly.
I lost it, pulled him onto my lap and held him as tight as I could while a few tears trickled down my cheeks.
“I’ve loved you ever since I saw you jump in the pool in just your underwear,” I blubbered.
“I remember. You told my mother it would be dry on time and it was,” Carlos giggled.
“You understood everything we said, didn’t you?” I asked.
“Yes, but my mother had warned me not to talk too much and I didn’t trust you yet,” Carlos softly replied.
“If all goes well, I’ll have one real son as my best man and another one as ring bearer at my wedding,” I whispered.
Not getting a reaction from Carlos at that point slightly surprised me. I assumed it was due to the rampant emotions of the moment, so I didn’t give it a second thought. I held Carlos a little while longer until I felt he was getting restless. I let go and he told me he was going to join the others in the game room. As I walked into the living room a few moments later, I found Allejandro sitting on the couch with a huge grin on his face.
I slumped down next to him and put an arm around his shoulders. I felt how he managed to worm an arm around my middle and we simply cuddled for a little while.
“If you don’t start another movie soon, they’re going to have an orgy again down there,” Allejandro snickered as he pointed at the clock.
I knew he was probably right. Put 10 horny gay boys into a room together and at some point they’d lose their inhibitions.
“Have you ever seen the original 1963 version of ‘Lord of the Flies’?” I asked Allejandro.
When Allejandro told me he hadn’t, I suggested we go down, put it on and watch some gay teen boys getting horny. When asked if I thought the movie would get the boys any hornier than they always were, I told him I was pretty sure it would, so we went down to the cinema room and I got the movie ready to go as Allejandro informed the boys in the game room. They flocked in as I had expected and I started the movie. When it was over, a majority of the boys fled up the stairs, “See, I told you so!” I smiled, and I knew they would not be sleeping any time soon.
“Damn, you weren’t kidding about that one,” Allejandro laughed as we and John made it into the living room.
“I don’t think I’ll ever get rid of this hard-on,” John commented, rubbing the very obvious bulge in his pants.
I couldn’t help but start laughing at John’s apparent discomfort and neither could Allejandro. He was still grinning when he returned from the kitchen with a new glass for John and a bottle of wine for us to share.
We talked about the movie, discussing the pros and cons of almost every boy that we’d seen. Both John and Allejandro agreed that it had been a good choice and snickered at the thought of what was going on in the other boys’ bedrooms. When the bottle of wine was empty, we went up to our own bedroom to have some fun. I was a little tipsy, but the one thing that stood out to me that night was John crawling up to me and telling me he loved me.
Saturday morning, I definitely suffered from a slight hangover and, by the looks of it, so did Allejandro. John seemed to be his own cheerful self and we were fortunate enough to make it downstairs in time for breakfast. I couldn’t help but smile as I saw some of the other sleepy faces around the table and even a few yawns. Talk amongst the boys was rather subdued, but I enjoyed the quiet.
When breakfast was over, a majority of the boys went down to the game room as I settled on the couch with Allejandro, both having a much-needed cup of coffee. I was a bit surprised to see that Rafael had been lingering and came to sit with us.
“Papi, do you know if there’s any equipment for the tennis court out in the back garden?” Rafael asked.
“I don’t know. I’ve never checked, and I haven’t been back there for months,” I replied truthfully. “Maybe you should ask Mauricio. I’m sure he’s been there when he takes care of the garden,” I suggested.
Rafael immediately took off for the kitchen in search for Mauricio as Allejandro and I began sipping our coffee. Just moments later, Rafael returned with Mauricio in tow and he let us know that there was netting in a storage box, but nothing else.
“Me, Hugo, Fernando and Roque would like to go out and play sometime as it’s too cold to swim and always playing in the game room is getting boring,” Rafael explained when I asked about his interest in the court.
Aidan and Jordan chose that moment to walk into the living room from the patio and join us. I silently cursed myself for having never taken up the offer of young Pedro’s mother to help me out at getting the proper rackets and such.
“I wondered about that court myself,” Aidan interjected.
“You like to play then?” I asked, surprised by Aidan’s interest.
“As a matter of fact, I do. I used to play quite a lot of tennis back when I was at university,” Aidan replied with a smile.
“Could you help the boys get the right equipment, then?” I queried.
“Sure, but be forewarned that it can be bloody expensive,” Aidan grinned.
I shot Aidan a dark look on mentioning expenses as I thought that might scare Rafael and the other boys off. He caught on and immediately changed tack, giving us some anecdotes from the time he played a lot. I then proposed for him to take the interested boys out to a sporting goods store to help them get what they needed. He started to object, saying that they couldn’t all fit into his car, but when I told him he could take the SUV, that argument became moot. Then, when Jordan added he’d need things to play too, the deal was sealed.
Aidan suggested they should leave in about an hour or so as it was still too early and he hadn’t had his caffeine infusion yet. That seemed to satisfy Rafael and Jordan as they joined the other boys down in the game room until it was time to leave. Aidan followed Mauricio into the kitchen to get his much-needed cup of coffee.
“You really know how to put someone on the spot, don’t you?” Aidan commented as he walked back into the living room.
“Don’t blame me. You’re the one who said you have the know-how,” I laughed as he sat down us.
We went on to talk and have our coffees until, close to an hour later, five very impatient boys came up from the game room. I handed Aidan the keys to the SUV as well as my credit card and reminded him to just buy what was needed, no matter what the costs. As they left, I could tell that my foursome was excited and looking forward to the shopping trip. I just hoped that they would be equally enthusiastic when the time came to go clothes shopping on Monday and Tuesday.
I asked Allejandro if he could help me practice my pronunciation and he happily joined me in the study to do so. It was already 11:30 when we thought I’d done enough and went back into the living room. We’d only just got seated when the shoppers came in and I could hardly believe the number of bags they were carrying up the stairs. Aidan walked towards us and, looking exhausted, slumped down on the couch.
“I don’t think I’ll want to do that again any time soon,” he sighed as he handed me back my credit card and keys. “And I’ve got to warn you, your boys went a bit overboard on what they wanted.”
“What do you mean?” I asked with curiosity.
“Well, the salesperson convinced them they should get two rackets each and then they saw the tennis shoes, socks, shorts, shirts and sweatbands. That’s when things got slightly out of hand as they wanted those too, so they could look the part. I can’t believe how picky they were about their outfits,” Aidan groaned.
“It couldn’t have been that bad!” I laughed.
“You just wait and see. If I saw an amount like that on my credit card statement, I’d be getting an instant ulcer,” Aidan grinned.
I picked up my cell phone that I’d left in the living room, checked my messages and indeed found an IM from my credit card company about the transaction. Aidan was right, the amount charged was indeed quite a bit more than I had expected, but not so much as to cause me any immediate health issues. When my four boys came down all decked out in their new gear, I couldn’t help but think it had been money well spent. As they walked through the living room towards the sliding doors leading onto the patio, I reminded them it would soon be lunch time.
“Don’t worry papi. We just want to put up the net, hit a few balls and then we’ll be back,” Fernando replied as they exited the house.
As they walked over to the court, they were joined by Jordan, who had also changed into his own outfit in the guest house. I noticed Aidan was watching the parade, too, and there was definitely a little twinkle in his eyes when he saw Jordan in his new outfit.
“I see you’ve done some spending yourself, also,” I commented.
“Yes, but I kept Jordan from getting two of everything,” Aidan laughed.
The boys kept their word and were back at the house in time for lunch. There were some jealous looks from the others at seeing them in their new outfits, but I didn’t think it was enough to make them take up tennis. I did notice both Carlos and Damarion looking over at me and Allejandro every minute or two. I gave Allejandro a little nudge and softly reminded him of the promise we’d made to the two youngest boys. He smiled and, equally softly, told me that he hadn’t forgotten. I saw how he gave the two boys each a wink and how they in turn started grinning.
When lunch was over, the five tennis players went back to their court, followed by Aidan, who promised to give them some pointers. The twins, John and Russel made for the game room, leaving me, Allejandro and the two youngest to go upstairs. With only one spot to tie anyone up, Carlos was happy to let Damarion have it as he placed himself over Allejandro’s lap. It was a bit strange to see Allejandro actually fucking young Carlos and clearly enjoying it, but then again, watching me with Damarion probably wasn’t quite normal for him either. Both young boys seemed to enjoy the foursome, though, and they decided to stay in their room a while longer when Allejandro and I left. While we were getting decent back in our own bedroom, I confided in Allejandro that they’d done the same thing last Wednesday.
We went down to the living room and I suggested we get a cup of tea and not pull out the wine just yet. Allejandro agreed and when we were settled down on the couch, we discussed our plans for Monday and Tuesday. With Rafael and Hugo going to Johan and Karim’s on Monday, I thought it best to take the two youngest as well as John out on that day to find them their special clothes. We could then take the other seven boys out on Tuesday morning to get them all identical suits. We wouldn’t be able to get the twins out of the house for long with Bernardo coming over some time on Tuesday afternoon, that was for sure.
We talked about our wedding and I was adamant that I wasn’t going to invite any of my family. I had a few friends back in Holland, but they were either straight or too old to make the trip. Allejandro would have liked to have his mother there, but he was fairly sure she would decline the invitation thanks to his father’s attitude. The few friends he had were unlikely to understand, so he discarded them also. It was clear we were going to end up with a small party when I saw Aidan on his way back to the house, shaking his head.
“Rudee, you’ll be happy to know that they’re having fun, but are unlikely to ever make professional tennis players, Wimbledon and Nadal are safe from this group.” Aidan commented, chuckling as he sat down with us.
“Didn’t they listen to your advice or were they simply having too much fun to even hear any of it?” I laughed.
“I think the latter is closest to the truth,” Aidan grinned. “Still I definitely did enjoy myself, seeing those young, fit bodies at work.”
“Ow, you old horndog!” I admonished him.
We all laughed and when Allejandro suggested he get a bottle of wine and glasses, there were no objections.
As Allejandro was off to the kitchen, I filled Aidan in on the plans we had for the start of the upcoming week. He could hardly believe it when I told him about taking seven boys out shopping on Tuesday as he’d hardly been able to keep up with just five of them earlier.
“You must be a glutton for punishment!” he exclaimed.
“No, I simply know exactly what I want them to wear and at which shop to get it. It’s a matter of getting the sizes right and that’s it. No running around free and trying on whatever they fancy. Besides, I think the twins are going to make sure there’s to be no dawdling with Bernardo coming over that afternoon,” I grinned.
Aidan in turn further elaborated on his plans for the extended weekend he planned on spending on Gran Canaria with Jordan. He was just hoping that Jordan’s mature looks would keep them from getting into any trouble. Allejandro, just returned from the kitchen, told him he shouldn’t worry as Jordan could easily pass for an 18-year-old.
“He just needs to push his briefs down and they’ll all be drooling,” he added with a crooked smirk.
I couldn’t help but start laughing, as I saw Aidan’s face turning red at Allejandro’s remark.
We turned on the television to watch the news and, more importantly, the weather forecast. It wasn’t looking good, with a fair chance of rain for at least the next two days. From Tuesday onwards though, warmer and dry weather was predicted in our region. Aidan paid special attention to the forecast for Gran Canaria and it looked like he and Jordan would need to pack only some summer clothes.
It wasn’t long after that that the five tennis players returned, convinced that they’d had enough exercise for one day. Jordan left his racket with Aidan and went down to the game room as the others went up to their respective rooms to store their gear and change. Soon we saw them going down to join the rest of the gang.
We continued to make small talk until it was time for dinner. When it was over, Aidan and Jordan returned home, while Allejandro and I went down with the boys to binge watch a few episodes of a series they liked. By the time I called it quits, the majority of the pack was quite exhausted and rapidly disappeared up to their own bedrooms. It was just me, Allejandro and John, staying behind in the living room for our usual nightcaps. As we talked about the suits for the wedding, John suddenly suggested that he and the two other ‘special’ boys should wear red bowties and cummerbunds instead of black ones.
“It would match the red rose we’d wear on our lapels,” he added enthusiastically.
I had no idea how he came up with the idea, but I liked it and so did Allejandro. What followed was a whole new round of discussions on what everyone should wear, and John’s ideas were really good. By the time we went to bed, I could really see John working at a men’s dress shop at some point in the future.
Sunday was an awful day with the rain keeping everyone inside. After lunch, Pietro and Mauricio reminded me they were going to visit Johan and Karim so we’d be on our own for dinner. Aidan and Jordan were also going out for dinner, so I got the boys together to get their ideas on what they wanted. When I told them they’d have to dress up if we were to go out, the majority preferred to stay at home. At that moment, Rafael butted in and suggested we should get an assortment of stuff from the restaurant he’d once worked for as a delivery boy. It wasn’t long before he’d come up with an order list that would satisfy all of us in its diversity. When Hugo suggested that Rafael should phone in the order himself, we all started to snicker and thought it was a good idea.
“But what if they recognize my voice? They may think it’s a prank,” Rafael objected.
“Don’t worry. If they call back to verify the order, I’ll pick up and make sure they know it’s not a prank,” I assured him.
Rafael started to smile and calculated that the restaurant would have to send out two delivery boys to get it all here.
“I hope one of them is Paolo, he was really cute,” Rafael commented, earning him a black look from Hugo.
Since we couldn’t call the order in until after 4 o’clock, the boys all returned to the game room, while Allejandro and I got in some more practice on my pronunciation.
It was only a little past 4 o’clock when Rafael came up, got the list he’d prepared and started to make the call. A few of the other boys were there also as he began to sum up the list of what we wanted. He then gave the person on the other end of the line our address and my credit card number.
“We expect it to be delivered by 6:15 and not a minute later,” Rafael insisted, before putting the phone down.
As I’d more or less expected, I got called back some five minutes later to confirm that the order had been legit. They even asked me for my full name and the three-digit validation code on the back of my credit card before being satisfied. I didn’t really mind; it was a big order and I could understand that they needed to be sure.
About half an hour later, Aidan and Jordan walked into the house to say they were about to leave and I was quite taken aback. They were really going for it and were both suited up very smartly. When I told Aidan he should take the SLS, he gave me a big grin and said he’d be hoping I would make the offer. I handed him the keys and reminded him to put the top on as I didn’t want the interior to get wet. He told me he’d take care of my ‘rust bucket’ and then he and Jordan were off for their evening out. I hadn’t heard anything from Pietro or Mauricio, but when I looked outside, I could see their car was gone, so I assumed they’d left also.
It was close to 6 when a number of the boys came up and began setting the table. I didn’t know who instigated it, but I was happy that they took their responsibility seriously. It was 6:10 when the doorbell rang and Rafael was up first to open the outer door. I followed him at a more sedate pace and saw two boys setting down large bags just inside the outer door.
“Does Paolo still work as a delivery boy?” I heard Rafael ask one of the two boys.
“No, that little faggot was thrown out by his daddy, just like you,” I heard one of the boys sneer.
The other boy actually saw me approach and I witnessed how he nudged the sneering one and told him to shut up. As always in these cases, I felt my anger rise and once close enough, I asked if the two bags was everything.
“Yes, sir,” the boy who’d seen me first stammered.
“Then get your asses out of here before I kick them out!” I said sharply, leaving no doubt I was serious.
They turned and ran as I quickly closed the door behind them, before turning to Rafael. I wasn’t surprised to see tears trickling down his face and all I could do was put my arms around him and hold him tight.
I think it took only a minute or two before Allejandro came out of the house to see what the holdup was. The moment he saw me comforting Rafael though, he called inside for assistance, walked over to us and asked what had happened. As soon as Hugo came out and saw his boyfriend in distress, there was no stopping him and I let him take my place holding Rafael.
With a little persuasion, I managed to get everyone back inside the house and, much to my surprise, Rafael bounced back. Food from the two bags started to be distributed and in no time we were all enjoying a quite varied meal. The snails in garlic sauce weren’t the best I’d ever tasted, but I still liked them. John seemed to be the only one who shared my taste in that respect as none of the other boys would even dare take a bite. We all ate our fill and most of the boys did try a bit of everything, my snails being the only notable exception.
When dinner was over, the table cleared and the dishwasher turned on, I asked Rafael to come into the study with me. As soon as I’d closed the door behind us, he broke down again, putting his arms around me as he cried his eyes out. I moved us onto the couch and simply waited until he was done crying and slowly recovered.
“Paolo was the first boy I really loved. Most of the time I was too scared to even look at him or talk to him. Until I met Hugo, I thought he was the only boy I’d ever truly love. I never knew he was gay, too, until that asshole Guardio told me,” Rafael sniffed.
“I heard about Paolo being thrown out by his father,” I said as I didn’t know if Rafael knew I’d overheard.
“What if he’s out there, papi? On his own or in one of those horrible shelters?” Rafael asked as he started tearing up again.
“Well, if he is in a shelter, I’m sure Julia would be able to find out,” I replied without giving it a second thought.
“That’s it! I have to call Julia right now!” Rafael exclaimed, jumping up onto his feet.
Even before I could move, Rafael had a phone in his hand and was dialing. I think Ronaldo had picked up the phone as I could hear Rafael demanding to talk to his sister. The conversation that followed went way too fast for me as Rafael seemed almost hysterical. From the few words I could discern, I understood that he was asking his sister to look for Paolo and giving her some specifics. He then quieted down and after a few times saying ‘si’, he handed the phone to me.
I greeted Julia and told her calmly what I’d heard the boy Rafael identified as Guardio, said to him. There was silence at first and I could hear some typing on a keyboard going on in the background.
“Rudee, please tell me you’ve got room for one more,” I heard Julia sigh.
